Mobile application ADR Tool or web page adr-tool.com (referred to here as 'this app') mainly displays selected interpretations and information sourced in the Table A of the Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) applicable as from 1 January 2023 and is provided by the Developer ANOPS Arkadiusz Neubauer located in Poland (referred to here as 'ADR Tool team'). ADR Tool team has developed this app in good faith and has made reasonable effort to include accurate and up-to-date information or interpretations. ADR Tool team do not make any warranties or representations as to its accuracy or completeness and also assume no liability or responsibility for any failures in operation, errors and mistakes, omissions, misuse or misinterpretations in the content of this app or in any original regulations or national regulations concerning dangerous goods or differences between information displayed in this app and original English text regulations or/and other national language versions of the regulations. The information and interpretations available in this app should be applied on the basis sound judgement and may not be sufficient or appropriate in all cases. This app may contain published official regulatory information or other third party information. ADR Tool team are not Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers, and do not provide any binding advice.
